The service

PlaySolitaire.io, published by MB „NM Media“ (NM Media), provides a free browser-based solitaire card game. No account, payment or download is required. The game is provided "as is" and "as available".

Optional accounts

The same account and nickname work across participating PlaySolitaire network sites. You sign in separately on each site. Deleting the shared account removes its saved data across the network.

You may create an optional account to keep eligible progress on supported devices. You are responsible for access to your login email and password. Email ownership is not verified, so a password-only account may be unrecoverable if you lose both the password and access to that inbox. Concurrent valid games are preserved rather than merged. Account controls let you download your data, sign out and request deletion; independent guest data in a browser remains under that browser’s site-data controls.

Daily Challenge standings

No account is required to play the Daily Challenge in any supported PlaySolitaire language. New guest wins appear automatically under a random nickname. Older attempts issued with private results remain private. If a guest chooses Add your name, that result uses their account nickname after account creation or sign-in, replacing their guest entry for that date. Every eligible Daily win completed while signed in appears automatically under the account nickname with its move count, any hints used and official-client play time when available. Each board shows the player's best eligible result for that metric. Deleting the account removes its Daily results and publication history. Server replay verifies that the submitted moves form a legal win, not who played them or the play time. Daily standings have no prizes, payments or gambling.

PlaySolitaire Premium

PlaySolitaire remains free to play. Premium is optional and costs €1 per month in total, billed by Stripe and automatically renewed monthly until cancelled. MB „NM Media“ is not VAT-registered and does not charge VAT.

The only benefit is ad-free play on playsolitaire.io while signed in to the subscribing account. Premium prevents advertising scripts and requests from loading. Other PlaySolitaire network sites and StillDeck require separate subscriptions. Advertising is currently tested only for a group of new desktop players; mobile and tablet play has no ads.

Payment is taken when you subscribe. Access starts after payment is confirmed. Open Account and choose Manage subscription to view invoices, update payment details or cancel. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the paid period ends. A failed renewal does not extend access. Deleting your account cancels its subscription and ends access immediately.

If you are an EU consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of subscribing. Email info@playsolitaire.io with your account email and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. We will refund the subscription payment to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your request. No reason or particular form is required. Withdrawal is separate from cancelling a future renewal in Account.

Acceptable use

You may use the public game normally. Do not disrupt the service, bypass technical safeguards, abuse public endpoints, impersonate the operator, or falsely present an unofficial copy as a PlaySolitaire release. Rights to copy or reuse a component follow that component's actual licence and evidence status; these terms do not narrow an upstream open-source, font or Creative Commons licence.

Rights, licences and evidence

MB „NM Media“ publishes the site but does not claim through these terms to own every delivered file. Third-party software and fonts retain their upstream terms. Commissioned artwork, branding, photos, video and some generated assets have evidence gaps recorded in the public provenance inventory. See the rights, licences and evidence page for the notices, asset licences, SBOM and unresolved evidence. Those engineering records are not counsel approval or an ownership clearance. You may link to the site freely.

No warranties, limited liability

We work to keep the game available and bug-free but give no guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for damages arising from use or unavailability of a free entertainment service. Guest progress is stored in your browser and can be lost if you clear its site data. When optional accounts are active, synchronization is a convenience and does not guarantee that every local or offline change can be recovered.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the publisher's place of establishment in the European Union. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
